Kaab Al-Ghazal is a small fruit with a fuzzy peel and sweet white or yellow flesh. It is believed to have originated in China over 8000 years ago. Kaab Al Ghazal is associated with peaches, apricots, cherries, and almonds. The fruit is considered stone-like because its flesh surrounds a husk containing an edible seed. It can be eaten on its own or added to a variety of dishes.
